Things to Know

  • Unlike most state parks there is no access fee here.
  • The park has nine developed campsites and primitive sites.  Roadside camping is permitted.
  • The road is not safe for large RVs or trailers and it may be too rough for your family car. High clearance vehicles are recommended.
  • Park roads are not maintained in the winter, so snow may block access to many areas.
